    Returns & Exchanges
    The Copper Petal accepts returns and exchanges on items purchased within 7 days. Items must be in original condition and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Items need to be smoke free & smell free as well. Items must include the attached price tickets. No items can be exchanged or returned after 7 days. Please note your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction. If you have received an item via mail you will have seven days from the time it arrives to ship it back. We will check the tracking before processing your return or exchange.

    Please note the following:
    All items purchased during a sale, promotion or with a discount code are FINAL SALE.

    Holiday themed items (example- Christmas sweaters- Halloween graphic tees) are FINAL SALE. 

    All accessories (Jewelry, scarves, bags, hats, etc.) are FINAL SALE.

    Items purchased as gifts for Christmas may be returned until January 4th. These items cannot be included in the above terms to be eligible. All final sale items are still final sale. Some items may only be eligible for store credit based on discretion of our staff. 


    All Black Friday items are FINAL SALE- no exceptions.

     

    Shipping
    To return your product it needs to be mailed back to the following address: 

    For Clarksville returns:

    For Dickson returns: 116 N Main St. Dickson, TN 37055


    We recommend emailing us to let us know the package is on it's way. Also to let us know if you'd like a refund or to exchange the item along with your tracking number. Email can be sent to: thecopperpetaltn@gmail.com

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your item you will not be refunded. We are not responsible for lost packages.
